Bright and stylish ground floor garden flat with open plan kitchen-diner, lounge and pretty courtyard garden with seating area. The flat is family and pet friendly and centrally located with in easy walking distance of Paignton, Goodrington and Preston Beaches as well as Splashdown Waterpark, Paignton Zoo, Steam Railway and much more ( see guidebook ).
Easy access to Brixham, Torquay, Totnes and an easy drive to Dartmoor National Park.
