JB Farming & Country Stays is based on a working arable farm close to Woodhall Spa. The cottages are run by hosts Jen and James who aim to provide guests with a wonderful experience during their time here.

The Granary features four bedrooms with multiple options for bed layouts. The spiral staircase near the entrance to the property leads to four bedrooms on the second floor, which are complimented with one main bathroom complete with roll top bath and shower, along with an en-suite for the master bedroom with shower and washing facilities. A further downstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. Cooking facilities are with a traditional style electric range in a country kitchen with island and stools, along with a small dining area adjacent. The property has a welcome reception area, and a sizeable room for hosting up-to 12 people with a large table - also ideal for office work/crafting, as well as a large yet cozy lounge and log-burner - perfect for cozy nights in. Parking for 3-4 cars is available close by at the rear of the property. A Smart TV with Freeview is available in the sitting room, and Wi-Fi is available. The Threshing Barn has its own garden with seating with views towards the hay paddock with all of its nature surrounding the paddock’s ponds on our arable working farm near Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
