We have talked about owning a guest house for a long time and now we believe we are living the dream. We enjoy the local steam train and are very interested in events happening in the area and can usually put you in the direction of something that may interest you during your stay.

Our guest house was built in the late 1800's and has the features of a Victorian home with high ceilings and tall skirting boards but enjoys the up-to-date comforts of central heating and double glazing. It is the only blue house in the street.

Close by we have the Dartmouth Rail and River Boat Company that boosts some amazing steam trains and one of the last standing Devon Belle, observation carriage. You can enjoy the beautiful views across the bay during this magical journey to Dartmouth. Agatha Christies holiday home, Greenway Mansion is a stop along this journey too.
