Nestled in a quiet yet central location in Windermere, The Haven is a traditional Victorian stone built house with free parking. The railway station is 6 minutes’ walk away and Windermere Lake is less than a mile from the property. Each room at The Haven features an en suite shower room with bathrobes and free toiletries, a TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities. A hearty breakfast is served daily and it includes a traditional full English breakfast with locally produced Cumbrian sausage, fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, and hot beverages. A variety of restaurants and cafés can be found in Windermere town centre, 5 minutes’ walk from the property. The Haven offers easy access to outdoor activities such as fishing, cycling, and exploring the Cumbrian countryside and the Lake District National Park.
