The Hereford Hut is in a beautiful woodland setting with uninterrupted views to the north of the county. Fully equipped providing a cosy get-away, an ideal base to recharge your batteries. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the quiet country lanes or go for a challenging walk to the Cat's Back which is approx 30 minutes drive away. The Forest of Dean & Wye Valley ANOB are only a short drive, Hay has it's Literacy Festival, Malvern is famous for both the showground and the Morgan car factory.

Marcie and John are available to answer any questions you may have prior to or during your stay. We can be contacted via phone, email, text or if urgent and we are in by a tap at the door.

The Hereford Hut is situated in a rural area overlooking both woodland and open fields. Many animals and birds pass through the area on a daily basis. The wooded area is ideal for meditation, art or just chilling out on the oak benches. We border onto both a green track and close by are ancient footpaths. We have many side roads in the vicinity which are great for walking and cycling. The hut is situated approximately one mile off the main A49. Buses run regularly between Gloucester, Ross, Hereford and Monmouth. Hereford railway station is approximately six miles away.
