We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! This elegant one-bedroom holiday home is full of charm and has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard. Located in the coastal town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, The Jungle Nook is an ideal romantic retreat for couples. Expect high-end furnishings, bold and eclectic décor, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious king-size bed, a patio with garden seating, and free on-street parking. Lounge & Dining Area The Jungle Nook offers a vibrant, open-plan living and dining area with luxury, comfy furnishings, including a mustard, chaise lounge-style sofa, a green armchair, a round wooden table, and two dining chairs. The living area will undoubtedly seem like a home away from home experience with an exposed brick fireplace and Freeview TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring local attractions. In keeping with the name’s inspiration, The Jungle Nook, the space is filled with quirky decorative accents. Firewood is provided for your stay so you can curl up to a roaring fire after your long days exploring the Northumberland coast. Kitchen The living and dining area’s internal door leads to the modern and contemporary kitchen with high-end cabinets and dark worktops to create an authentic atmosphere with gold accents. With all the amenities to cater for yourself, the apartment comprises an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom The bedroom has a king-size bed with premium bedding and linen containing soft furnishing items, a floor-length mirror, and a modern feature panelling wall, providing a cosy and homey feel for a peaceful and comfy night’s sleep. Bathroom You’ll find a spacious walk-in shower with a toilet and wash hand basin leading into the bathroom. Outside The external door opens to a quaint patio with a colourful bistro set and potted plants, making it the ideal place to spend a warm summer evening.

Parking A visitor's guest parking permit is provided inside the home and permits parking for one vehicle in the residential parking permit bays ACROSS THE ROAD from The Jungle Nook. The parking spaces outside the front door are restricted to 2 hour parking. Pet Rules: Unfortunately, The Jungle Nook is not pet friendly, this is due to the owners' allergies and is non-negotiable. Within the historic walls of Berwick-Upon-Tweed, The Jungle Nook is only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the town where you’ll find fabulous restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Only a short distance from the seafront and pier, a great walk on a sunny day or a wintery day. A location with a rich history to be learnt, unexpected sights and undiscovered territory. Berwick-Upon-Tweed is the ideal base to explore the Northumberland coast with Bamburgh Castle only a 30-minute drive away and the Scottish Border 3 miles away. There are regular direct trains to Edinburgh from Berwick-upon-Tweed train station, a great day out with no hassle and a perfect opportunity to see this beautiful city, especially during Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
