A self contained former coach house with private parking, the property contains a kitchen/sitting room with a bedroom, shower room and a conservatory. There is a small patio area to the front and small garden to the rear of the property.
The coach house is set in the midst of the beautiful Welsh countryside, but only two miles away from the supermarkets, shops, pubs, theatre and museums in Newtown. The little Coach House is less than half a mile from The Dolau Inn which is open Thursday - Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon offering generously proportioned home cooked food. There are beautiful walks which can be accessed from the property, and we are close to the Glyndwr way and Offa's Dyke. The Coach House is 40 minutes from the Elan Valley and Southern Snowdonia and an hour from beaches at Aberdovey, Ynyslas and Aberysywyth. There are beautiful green spaces in Newtown alongside the River Severn and Powis Castle is in nearby Welshpool.
