The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with a TV and storage, and a bunk room with a TV and storage, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking to the front of the property. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.8 miles you will find a pub, and within 1.3 miles you will find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Lodge is a lovely dwelling for a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps down from the patio doors to the lawn.

A lovely beach town may be found on the southern shore. Dawlish provides all you need for everyday life, including a nice selection of stores, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a small cinema. On the Dawlish River, Dawlish is famed for its Black Swans, who live alongside other wildfowl. During the summer, strings of coloured lights illuminate the water that runs through the central town park and down to the sea. Dawlish is a great place for a family vacation because it has a nice sandy beach and a crazy golf course nearby. Dawlish Warren, farther up the coast, can be accessed by car, train, or a strenuous walk up the sea wall for the more active. Dawlish mainline station, located further away, offers train service to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton, and even Plymouth.
