A stunning, newly built 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, located just 5 mins walk from Swanage town and beaches. Located on the 1st floor, it benefits from a balcony with seating for two, and with elevated views across the Purbeck hills and sea. Relax in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and a Bang & Olufsen sound bar. Both the dining area and lounge benefit from amazing views from the turret window and balcony doors. The Kitchen is modern and well equipped with BOSCH appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar with stools. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with luxury bed linen, beautiful furniture, a flatscreen TV and leads to an ensuite with a walk in rainfall shower. The Second Bedroom can be made up with a super king bed or 2 singles. It also has a flatscreen TV, large wardrobe and seaside pictures from a local artist. The Family Bathroom has a large freestanding bath to relax in, after a day on the beach or a walk on the Purbeck Hills. All bedlinen, towels and beach towels are provided. Wifi and Netflix are included. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout with thermostats in each room
