We are a short drive from the Peak District , Macclesfield canal and Macclesfield forest , all great for walks with stunning scenery. We are also about 40 mins from Manchester by car or 20 mins by train Car essential for seeing the area , Poynton with shops , restaurants and pubs is 1 mile. We have a Starbucks just 0.5 miles away and lots of local country pubs and walks . You can be in the Peak District and country side with in 5 mins . Beautiful views of the Peak from your private terrace . Local villages all around and only 30 mins from Manchester with direct train link from Adlington train station 0.5 miles away. You can enjoy the countryside one day and city life the next - returning to your relaxed beautiful holiday cottage in the grounds of Marlfields Hall Marfields Hall is located half a mile from the Toby carvery pub on the right hand side of travelling from Macclesfield to Poynton, if coming from Poynton we are half a mile on the left hand side after Starbucks You will turn into the drive and approach black iron gates where you will have been given the code 5 days before arrival once we have your vehicle reg numbers
