A Georgian building with a variety of previous lives- religious cloister, school and latterly a motorhouse for the nuns of St Anne’s convent, is now a single storey bespoke property lovingly reimagined and carefully curated. It comprises of one open plan living room/ dining room & kitchen; a large bedroom with super king bed, a stylish bathroom with underfloor heating with a walk in shower offering a powerful shower experience; a laundry room and a private gravelled south facing garden. The priority offers super fast broadband, 2 TVs with Amazon & Netflix and a work station.
I’m easy going and relaxed. I’ll always be happy to help settle you into the flat. I’ll take your lead and offer as much or as little interaction as you want and need. You are the guest and your requirements are paramount.
Summerhill Grove is the south part of Summerhill Square, a large residential Georgian ( and in parts Victorian) square nestled in the heart of the city. Central station is very close by as is StJames’ park and the city centre. The square has a park and a bowling green and nature garden in its centre. The BBC recently made a 4 part documentary about one of the houses in the square and the square boasts many blue plaques for famous previous residents. It’s a hidden gem close to so much of what the city offers.
