This newly renovated suite is a beautiful, spacious and stylish space nestled away in a lovely, village location, only 7 miles from the centre of Lincoln. The suite offers a fully equipped kitchen living area with a double sofa bed and patio doors overlooking the garden, separate bedroom with king size four poster bed, storage and a large shower room. We pride ourselves in ensuring you have everything you could possibly need for your stay and that the suite is immaculate. Please let us know if there is anything we could ever do to improve. There is a lovely public house serving food approx less than a five minute walk away as well as others within a seven minute drive, many accessible walks and very close to Lincoln for shops and the beautiful Bailgate housing the cathedral and castle and lovely little shops. Wragby market down is a seven minute drive. Woodside wildlife park and Rand Farm Park are a few minutes away and we are on a bus route to Lincoln and Skegness.

Hi there, We are Suzie & Mikey and we live at The Old Nurseries with our children and cockerpoo! We are very busy and will probably be in and out during your stay but will always be accessible for any questions you may have! Guests will have access to the key safe to access the property and please contact myself for anything extra you may require. I will be as accessible as possible and offer any extra support I can. Please advise if you would like the sofa bed making up. The only rules I have are please remove your shoes as they ruin the flooring - there is a box in bootroom, no smoking in the property and please leave the suite as you find it! Very quiet little location with gorgeous garden views. Lots of little walks from the property. Bus service at the end of the drive and a lovely local pub in the village. There are many other pubs within a short drive as well as two farm parks, lots of woods and the beautiful city of Lincoln only seven miles away.
