Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
The Old Workhouse Paddocks is a stunning two-bed detached converted tractor barn, with beautiful beams, charming features, pamment tile floors & traditional decor throughout.
Suitable for 4 guests & their pets.
Situated a short drive from the beautiful city of Norwich, and the market towns of Dereham & Fakenham. You are only a small drive (20-45 mins) to any number of beaches along the Norfolk coast, or in land to the famous Norfolk Broads
PLEASE NOTE - there is a living room/lounge area situated upstairs in The Old Workhouse Paddocks and an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room and reading area downstairs.
Sofas, TV’s and fireplaces are in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas
PLEASE NOTE - the downstairs bedroom can be set up as superking size OR twin beds. It DOES NOT contain both types of bed.
The upstairs bedroom is a standard double bed and cannot be amended.
ANIMALS/LIVESTOCK ON SITE: To help with the maintenance of the grass areas on our property, we have sheep in the paddocks on and off, throughout the year. Please let us know BEFORE you book your stay if having sheep (or other livestock) in the paddocks is an issue as we can have them moved or removed for the duration of your stay.
