Property information: If you're looking to stay in the heart of the action then The Pearl is the ideal self-catering accommodation for you. Located in the vibrant North Laines in the hub of the artisan coffee shops, independent pubs and vintage shops, this three bedroom house is a great base from which to explore the city by foot. With Brighton Mainline Station a four minute walk away it is easily accessible by train and there is no need for a car to experience the city like a local. The house itself is modern design offers a welcoming space to return to each evening. Its open plan living area is a great space for socialising and its small outside space adds that little bit extra to city living. Its three bedrooms comfortably sleep three couples for an exciting seaside city break or are well suited to three individuals looking for corporate accommodation on a longer basis. We love this property because... it is an elegant, light and bright home with outside area. Perfect central location, close to everything, so much happens nearby of interest to all the family Please note: The hight in the bathroom is 180cm or 6 feet so you might have to bend inside the bathroom area. If this is a problem, do not book this house. Parking: There are 3 car parks nearby within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. There is a loading bay near the property to allow you to get your belongings to the property.
I have spent much time and efforts to make my house as welcoming and a comfortable home to my guests. The property was renovated to high standards few months ago. As I travel myself, I always look for somewhere central and comfortable. I made sure this house offer both to make your stay in Brighton a very special one. I very much look forward to meeting you and to personally welcome you in my house. Please let me know your arrival time.
Strictly NO parties, events, load music are allowed at all in this property. Please do not book this property if you are coming to Brighton to party. For fire and safety reasons, no candles and no use of the fireplace in the lounge at anytime.
