Brand new luxury apartment, located just metres away from Glossop train station, with a direct line to Manchester city centre. The Penthouse has been furnished to a high standard with a contemporary feel.
It is close to a large variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Completed in October 2024, this immaculately presented 800 square feet, modern, luxurious apartment has all the home comforts you need, including super-fast broadband.
A private entrance leads guests into the extra wide stairway of the apartment and on to the light and airy open-plan living space including a spacious kitchen, housing a variety of amenities to cater to your culinary needs.
The living area boasts a Hypnos sofa bed and 54 inch flat screen smart tv, a large electric fire with colour changing flames and crackling/burning real fire sound affects. The spacious Penthouse includes one large master bedroom with a 6ft super king bed, flat screen smart TV, an en-suite toilet and ample wardrobe space, perfect for longer stays.
