Welcome to The Penthouse at Sale. Our team have a reception next door at Jets Estate Agents Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm who are happy to help and advice on the local area. We love providing a first class service with superb cleanliness throughout the apartment. Parking is available at the rear of the building and keys can be collected from a keybox if arriving out of reception hours.

Property information

Luxury Apartment & Roof Terrace, in the centre of Sale’s vibrant bar and restaurant area, yards from the Metro-link. The Entrance takes you upstairs to the Apartment which you enter via the Kitchen. Including an American style fridge freezer, with ice & filtered water, a double range oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. The Kitchen looks out onto, the Roof Terrace which has an L shaped patio sofa with an outside fire place. Upstairs is the main Lounge which has a double height ceiling. The Lounge has contemporary art and furnishings andhas a 65”smart TV, Wi-fi & an office/make-up table with a chair and illuminated make-up mirror. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, remote controlled blackout blinds, a wardrobe with mounted TV & a chest of drawers. From the Lounge you access the Bathroom which comes with a walk-in shower as well as a double ended centre filled bath. From the Bathroom you can move further up the stairs to the Master Bedroom which is in the eaves of the property. There is a rococo style bed with side tables, a TV and wall speakers for aux audio along with a number of drawers built into the eaves walls. There is also a walk-in wardrobe just outside the Bedroom

Neighbourhood information

Sale is a vibrant area with plenty of Bars and Restaurants nearby within walking distance. The Waterside Arts Theatre hosts regular evenings entertainment.

The Roof Terrace fire place can be used for GBP 15 to be deducted from security deposit, and logs can be delivered by prior arrangement for GBP 15 per bag .

The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property.

Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am.

If you have not stayed at the property before, our company policy is a meet and greet service to take identification on arrival.

If you are unable to arrive between 15:00pm - 17.30pm we have an out of hours charge to cover the over heads of staff and travel.

A check in from 17.30pm - 20.00pm is £35.00 and a check in from 20:00pm - 22:00pm is £55.00.

We do not offer a check in later than 22:00 hours.
