A modern first floor apartment situated on Exmouth's bustling and busy quay. There are two bedrooms - one with a 5' King sized bed, and one with a 4'6 double bed. Bathroom with shower over bath. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Patio doors to balcony. The apartment does not have full sea views, although if you look to your right from the balcony you can see the beach and the curve of the bay. You have your own private parking space a few metres from the building. The apartment is fully equipped for four people. Guests love the location - many saying that once they arrive they don't use their car! The beach, local restaurants, shops, bars and cinema are all with easy walking distance.
I live in Exmouth and personally clean and prepare the apartment before each group of guests check in. When guests check in to the apartment I want them to have an immediate sense of knowing they have made the right choice. Your comfort is my priority.
Exmouth is an amazing place - stunning beach and coastal scenery. A unique and special estuary. A thriving town - there's so much to do and see.
