This 5 bedroom Gamekeepers cottage is located on the road to Loch-An-Eilein. The Polchar has wonderful gardens that have been thoughtfully grown and landscaped making it ideal for family holidays with a BBQ, log fire and so much to explore outdoors in the area. The Polchar sleeps 10 people with 5 bedrooms in total. There is an open planned Kitchen; Informal Breakfast room and Living Room area on the ground floor as well as a separate formal dining room. There is a super king en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a private patio area; walled garden. On the ground floor there is also a cloak room toilet, utility room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor there are two king en-suite rooms, 1 further king room and 1 single (but spacious room with space for a blow up bed) with a family bathroom with bathtub; shower head. Note: There is a travel cot available at the property upon request. The gardens are extensive with ponds, Japanese garden and a childrens play area.

The Cairngorm Ski slopes are 10.3 miles away, 4 miles from the Spey valley golf course, and the Rothiemurchus estate hosts a range of activities, including but not limited to Quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, archery. For children the Tree zone is always fun and you are also 9.9 miles from Landmark Forest Adventure Park and 8.7 miles from Highland Wildlife Park.
