The Angove is a family run Guest House offering a choice of comfortable rooms many of which have a Seaview, Breakfast is included and served in our impressive dining room with far reaching views from Bowlease to Nothe Fort.
The beach and Esplanade along with the historic harbour and Lodmoor Nature Reserve encircle the town centre combining the traditional and modern to create a very special place to visit - at any time of year. The clean sands and safe water of Weymouth Beach are considered some of the finest in Great Britain and Europe.
We are situated close to the train and bus station and you can easily explore the town centre with its eclectic shops, boutiques and many cafes and restaurants which is only a short stroll away. Then enjoy a relaxing drink or meal around the Harbour and watch the boats, fishermen and famous Weymouth bridge.
The surrounding area and "Isle" of Portland with Portland Bill offer lots of activities for an outstanding holiday experience from lazy days on the beach to our vibrant nightlife to suit all ages or visiting Portland Bill to the many hiking trails there is something for everyone.
