Please note that during the summer months and on occasions (especially at the weekend)- the traffic, bars and restaurants on the seafront can be quite lively with laughter and chatter as late as midnight and 1am. So if you're looking for silence in the summer this may not be the accommodation for you. For most people the location and beautiful interior overrides everything!

The location is quintessential English Fish n Chip Seaside with a 1930s Art Deco pier opposite with plenty of interesting local places to explore, a vintage Art Deco cinema, two world class theatres with great music and 'division one' comedy - great hidden pubs and bars with music and colour. Superb variety of food from gourmet burgers, Greek, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, Indian, modern English and fresh fish sold by fishermen on the beach - plus Worthing is one of sunniest resorts in the UK - you'll fall in love with our little retreat.
