Company information

We are a family run country pub situated in the quaint picturesque village of Clanfield. We offer some lovely home cooked food and a variety of drinks and local ales. Aswell as being a dog friendly pub, we also host a small bed and breakfast. This consists of two twin rooms and one double room. We offer a nice bolt hole stop for ramblers and cyclists, both for locals as well as those travelling from further afield.

Property information

We are located just off of the M27 and not far from a popular observatory. Ideally located we are easily accessible, just a stones throw away from the A3 we are 6 miles from the lovely village of Petersfield and only 11 miles from the historic city of Portsmouth!

Neighbourhood information

You will feel most at home in our cosy pub, be it in the sunny days sat in our garden soaking up the rays or around the fire on a fresh cold wintery evening. The Rising Sun is a great family foody pub with lots to offer, please keep an eye out for our local bands and special offers and themed nights!!! Any function or special occasion is most welcome, just let us know and we will be more than happy to help!
