The Bath House spa offers a relaxation pool, an additional relaxation pool with massage jets, a sauna with salt therapy treatments, and a steam room. Pick up from and to Bristol and Heathrow Ariport can be arrange with our Concierge with a fee. Prices may vary depending on number of passengers, luggage and vehicle type. Please contact the property directly to arrange. Other transfers can also be arranged prior request.

Pets are only allowed in certain room types so please check the room descriptions, and check availability of pet friendly rooms with the hotel directly.

Should you have any concerns, or believe that you may require additional assistance during your stay, please contact the property in advance of your arrival to ensure all your requirements are fulfilled.

Spa policy: Children aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities and have treatments.
