Welcome to The Snug, our holiday flat, just a few steps away from Peebles High Street. The flat was built in 1850. Due to the thick stone walls the flat is amazingly quiet even though it is in the centre of town. The flat is warm and comfortable and recently refurbished. There is a fully equipped kitchen, power shower and a very comfortable sofa bed that pulls out to make a king sized bed. We have been coming to Peebles for twenty years to enjoy the mountain biking, hiking, the breath-taking scenery and hospitality. We hope you will fall in love with Peebles to and come back every time you feel you need to re-charge your batteries.

Peebles is a great place to take a holiday. Peebles High Street has lots of independent shops and restaurants to explore. Glentress, one of the world-renowned 7 Stanes mountain bike venues, is less than a mile away. Go- Ape Tree top challenge, is right beside the mountain biking course if you have a head for heights. There are dozens of walks along the beautiful Tweed valley to suit all abilities. If you enjoy fishing, the Tweed is one of the best salmon fishing rivers in Scotland. Potter around the shops and local galleries to buy souvenirs for your friends and stop off at Caldwell's for a home made ice cream. Enjoy the children's play park just over the river. Only 22 miles from Edinburgh, this quiet flat offers the perfect base to explore the beauty and romance of Scottish Borders.
