I am an Advocate (Scottish barrister) and am passionate about justice. I have also set up a tourism business with four holiday cottages in the grounds of my home which is a small private Estate of 40 acres in the Trossachs with beautiful views of the Lake of Menteith. I work hard and love to travel in my free time. I have travelled all over the world and am very discerning and love to find quality at a reasonable price! As a host I want to provide the quality of accommodation I would be delighted to stay in myself. My style is modern country style and any visitors will find a warm welcome, beautiful views and comfortable accommodation.

The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

We are in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park which is Scotland's Lake District. The area has magnificent scenery, great walking/ cycling and lots of places to visit including castles, distilleries, historic buildings etc. the Lake of Menteith is Scotland's foremost trout fishing lake. We also have lots of wildlife including red squirrels, red deer, pine marten, badgers and osprey.
