One of the highest buildings in Dawlish itself, with great views of the town on all 4 sides from the living/kitchen area on the top floor. 2 double rooms. 3 minutes walk from the sea front/train station and great access to the town and local businesses/pubs. The apartment is extremely modern and beautifully presented.
