This spacious semi detached Town House is spread over 3 floors and has a wonderful private terrace and garden with its own Hot Tub (can be used from 08.00 to 22.00 not on departure day). The house has been finished to a high standard and feels very luxurious. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cloakroom, lounge, dining room, study and kitchen/diner it has lots of space.
From 2004 until March 2016 we ran a multi award winning hotel in Torquay. In 2012 we also set up a holiday lettings business and have developed that business ever since. We took over the Muntham Luxury Apartments and Town House in April 2016 and have embarked upon a massive programme of improvement and refurbishment. Our passion is for high quality accommodation that is affordable. We also manage a couple of lovely holiday properties on behalf of its owners. As resident owners we are always on hand to assist guests with their enquiries and to offer assistance or advice. Equally, we dont want to intrude and are keen to allow our guests to enjoy a peaceful break away. Guests have our mobile and landline numbers so that we can be contacted at all times.
Wellswood is an affluent, leafy, area of Torquay with lovely hilly views and historic Victorian Villas. The Town House at Muntham is a few minute walk to Wellswood Village with its Cafe's, Restaurants, Pub and boutique shops. Ansteys Cove is a stunning beach under 10 minutes walk from the property. If you want to be by the seaside, yet you want tranquillity and peace this is the perfect place for you to stay.
