The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining room with seating for eight people and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is a utility with a washer/ dryer, a cloakroom and snug room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, two kings with en-suites and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an external dining room with woodburning stove, an enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles there is a pub. You'll love the location – just driving up the Borrowdale Valley via Lake Derwentwater will delight you, and once you get in Rosthwaite, the typical Lakeland cottages will enchant you. The village is a wonderful base for walkers and bikers, and a fantastic location to explore the entire Lake District.
