The View at 52 is a beautifully presented, recently finished open plan self contained unit with off street parking and EV charging available. There is plenty of light from the velux windows and the glass wall to wall folding door. The living area has a sofa, Smart TV, fast wifi and a well-equipped kitchenette. There is a modern shower room adjoining the bedroom with 1 double bed. Onto the patio are panoramic views over the valley, the viaduct, the steam train line, and Whitby Abbey.
We can accommodate two small or one medium dog for 15 payable before arrival.
You can charge your car too, we offer a full charge for 25, just let us know before you arrive.
Early check in or late check out may be available please just message us and we can see what we can offer.
We love to ride, run and hike around the Yorkshire Moors with our collie leading the way . We have our own family business selling local scenes of Rob's father's watercolours, a few of which are in our gallery in the apartment.
We live next door so we are around to offer local advice and help with any issues. We have a key safe so if we aren’t around when you check in or out the key can be found in the safe
We live on the outskirts of Whitby, a 20 minute walk into town or 40 for a scenic route along the a River Esk, 15 minutes walk to wedding venue and restaurant ; Sneaton Castle. We are lucky enough to have views out towards Whitby Abbey, the Viaduct and up the valley towards the stunning North Yorkshire Moors. Ruswarp village, a 10 minute walk down the hill has a local pub selling food and we have an award winning butchers there. It makes the perfect stop to fuel up if you plan on a scenic walk into Whitby!
Other than the pub in Ruswarp and Whitby itself, Sneaton Castle is only 15 minutes walk away and serves excellent food.
