The WaterHouse Avenue is an affordable luxury accommodation offering free WiFi, balcony views, free parking, king sized beds, digital showers, heated bathroom mirrors among other to give you a memorable experience. This accommodation is inside The Springfield Park in Maidstone which is just 1.5 miles from the M20 and leads directly to the M25 London circular and takes only 18 minutes to reach by car. Our guests benefit from a balcony and a sun terrace within a serene new development at the heart of the city. Featuring designer bathrooms, the apartment has a kitchen with an oven, a microwave and a toaster, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms- one with a walk-in shower and another with a bath and hand shower. Having a flat-screen TV with streaming services, the apartment offers a picnic area. Guests can also relax in the balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The apartment is just across the River Medway and St Peters Wharf retail park Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.2 for a two-person trip.
