Tile Rouge is a pretty detached stone cottage nestled on private grounds within the village of Akeld near Wooler, Northumberland. Hosting two bedrooms including a ground-floor king-size and a twin, this property can sleep up to four guests. Bed linen and towels included in rent. The bedrooms are served by a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. There is a kitchen and a living/dining room. Outside there is an private garden with lawns to the rear and a communal courtyard with off-road parking to the front. Dogs welcome. Tile Rouge is a spectacular base from which to discover the true delights of Northumberland. Note: This property does not accept Sunday check ins. Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site pool and sauna facilities are currently undergoing refurbishment and are scheduled to re-open in February 2026, until then, these amenities will not be available - The photo shown reflects the previous setup and is provided for illustrative purposes only.
