TLC Exmouth moved to Devon 2014. And before we settled within the town, TLC did some travelling around as this was going to be TLC's forever home! When we got to Exmouth, TLC just fell in love! TLC instantly knew this was it. And in 2018 we finally got to open TLC Exmouth bed and breakfast! TLC adore it here and want you, our guests to love it as much as we do. Situated in Lyndhurst Road, an attractive, much sought after, back water within close proximity of Exmouth town centre, the train station and nearby cycle path to Exeter. The Edwardian property has been lovingly renovated to the highest quality and specification to create smart and luxurious accommodation for our leisure and business guests. A blend of period charm and quirkiness, with an abundance of original features. We have created an environment of intimacy and comfort, without being ostentatious. We understand it’s the smallest details and personal attention that create outstanding bed and breakfast accommodation, and we have worked hard to get the combination just perfect! Exmouth is a popular seaside destination, situated in East Devon in the South West of England. Positioned at the mouth of the beautiful River Exe estuary, Exmouth marks the western gateway of the Jurassic World Heritage Coastline. Taking its name from the River Exe, Exmouth represents the ‘mouth of the Exe’. This is a privileged location where guests can walk or cycle along the estuary. Enjoy the charming riverside villages, breathtaking sunsets, and an ever changing landscape. The local beach has two miles of golden sand and distinctive, dramatic cliffs of red Triassic rock which characterise the East Devon coastline. The town of Exmouth is a traditional resort with a promenade, elegant architecture and a bustling town centre with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy during your stay. The history of the town is quite peculiar in that there is no evidence of early Roman settlers, although a few Roman coins have been discovered in the area. The history of the old docks dates back to the 11th century, when they were used as a ferry port. The docks were recently developed into a leisure marina. Exmouth is also renowned for its two miles of sandy beaches.
