The fine print
A complimentary meet and greet check-in is provided by prior appointment between 15:00 and 20:00. Between 20:00 and 22:00, check-ins are charged at GBP 20 per hour and are subject to availability. Check ins after 22:00 are subject to availability and are charged at a flat rate of GBP 100. Early check ins from 13:00 are subject to availability and are charged at GBP 20 per hour. Arrivals prior to 13:00 would require the previous night being booked.
