Property information

This spacious one bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a small block in the popular, Ipswich Waterfront area. The area is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s a short walk to the main town centre area and the business district, as well as ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14). *Please note this apartment does not have a marina view. It has been furnished to a very high standard and with some nice touches gives it a lovely home from home feeling. There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment. The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space right outside the main entrance to the building.

Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
