Large town house, 10 mins walk to city centre. Renovated to a high standard. Two adjacent ensuite bedrooms. One double with king sized bed and one twin with two single beds (can be turned into a double). Additional double bedroom with large bathroom opposite. For bookings of 7 or 8 people we make available a fourth super kingsized bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of free off road parking. Large sitting room with open fire and pool room if you want to relax and watch TV. Huge kitchen with large dining table and table football. Cot bed available. Hot tub hire at extra cost (please enquire). Maximum 2 dogs (extra charge).

We will try to be around to meet guests when they arrive but if not the keys are left in a secure box with access code given the week before arrival. There is a full house manual and we are only a phone call away. During your stay you will have the whole house to yourselves.

St Leonards is the prime location in Exeter with the independent shops and restaurants of Magdalen Road on your doorstep. Yet the city centre is only 10 minutes away on foot.
