I love the views from Tregib Mill Cottage, across the Towy to Llandeilo. I never tire of it, whatever the weather. . The area has a distinct Welsh, very friendly feel. I always feel so relaxed there: away from it all but only 15 minutes from the motorway and an hour from Cardiff.

The cottage is spacious enough for a family but cosy enough for comfort. It's looking out onto open countryside, but just 15 mins from the M4 and a short drive from the boutique town of Llandeilo. The little market town's Welsh charm sits easily with the sophisticated bars, the Ginhaus deli and restaurant and the delightful little independent shops.

The kites often swoop low, graceful and confident. The walk through the fields and over the swing bridge and into town is magical. Then there are the castles: Carreg Cennen, Dinefwr, Dryslwyn, all with their ancient connections to the Princes of Wales.
