Nestled in the heart of the Cornish countryside down a private lane to just four houses, this property is a converted barn built in the 1870s. This quiet hamlet used to be a working form and is situated amidst beautiful unspoilt agricultural farmland. You will enjoy complete quiet and a restful night sleep in this beautifully newly refurbished home with brand new beds and private bathrooms.
Whilst staying in this beautiful light and airy farmhouse, you will be looked after by Wendy who will cook you an excellent breakfast of your choice with locally sourced produce, in addition to a selection of cereals and fruit. Wendy’s priority is to make sure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay to suit your needs, whether it is for one night to visit to the theatre or attend a business meeting in Truro, or for a longer holiday.
Just 1 km from the main road, this location is perfectly situated for accessing the A30 (4 minute drive), visiting Truro (10 minutes), Newquay (25 minutes) north coast beaches such as Perranporth and Crantock (20–25 minutes), the Roseland Peninsula, the Eden project, Falmouth and many other popular destinations. There are great restaurants and cafés in Truro, and good local pubs in Trispen and Mitchell. The property is not suitable for vehicles larger than a small transit van.
