Trout Cottage is a semi-detached ground floor cottage near to the village of Llanwrthwl in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps two people and has one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Central heating from an air source heat pump. Outside is off road parking and a garden with outdoor furniture. With three other cottages on site and a spectacular location next to the River Wye, Trout Cottage is a lovely holiday cottage. This property accepts holidays that commence on a Saturday. Failure to adhere to this could result in cancellations.

The village of Llanwrthwl sits on the River Wye between Builth Wells and Rhayader. Llanwrthwl is home to a small shop and church which is home to a prehistoric standing stone. Rhayader is three miles away and has shops, restaurants, pubs and a leisure complex.
