The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Note: There is no parking at the property, however there is ample on-road parking on a nearby street. Within 0.1 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. The popular tourist centre of Llanberis, renowned as a Mecca for climbers and walkers, lies just 9 miles away and offers a host of outdoor activities, as well as providing some excellent places to eat and drink, coupled with some shops.
