Fully furnished to a high standard with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven etc. Walking distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and all amenities including the beach and castle. Train/bus Station is 4 minute walk from the property. Secure door entry. Super king beds with orthopaedic mattresses which can be split in to singles to provide flexibility for different groups. Converted luxury apartment, full of character in the centre of Broughty Ferry with all mod cons.
Located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Broughty Ferry. The apartment is close to all shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and is served by a local train station and several bus routes.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.
