East Village Apartments is a family owned and run business. In December 2023 we completed a major renovation and conversion project on this 150yr old building in Belfast. It is now 11 stunning, luxury, serviced apartments within walking distance of Belfast City Centre. We look forward to welcoming guests who are visiting Belfast either for business or pleasure and our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Property information

This exclusive penthouse with one bedroom and one bathroom is one of our largest apartments. Perfect for your Belfast city break or business trip. Minutes from Belfast City Airport, Titanic Quarter, Titanic Studios, SSE Arena, Stormont and the City Centre. The historic 1850s building - for many years a public house called the Farmer’s Rest - was restored by the current owner. Completed in Dec 2023, everything inside is brand new. A stylish serviced apartment, it benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and all utensils. You will have access to free superfast WiFi throughout the building. Hotel standard mattress have been supplied as standard. This apartment benefits from shared access to the roof terrace with the two other penthouses.

Neighbourhood information

East Village Apartments are conveniently located a leisurely walk or short bus journey from Belfast city centre. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes. Templemore Baths is a 2 minute walk from the front door were you can enjoy their recently renovated Victorian pool and spa. Belfast's famous food market, St. George's, is within walking distance. For those rainy Northern Ireland days there is a bus stop next to the building and Uber or download the Value Cabs app for the local taxi experience.
