Off a little lane in a quiet hamlet a beautiful grade II listed barn. This is architecturally a unique barn with exposed cruck beams. Open plan downstairs creating a large entertaining space. Walking distance to pub/restaurant. Only 1.5 miles from Albrighton offering pubs, shops, restaurants. 10mins from M54 easy access to Wolverhampton and Telford Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth. Close to David Austin Roses, Cosford, Ironbridge Garden to relax in or just enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Professional couple who have an interest in outdoor activities: gardening, walking, cycling. Nick is a serious cyclist taking part in many cycle challenges and Dipika is passionate about gardening and loves the outdoors. We live in the area so it’s easy to help if needed but communication will be mainly by text/ WhatsApp.

Set in a small quiet hamlet within a conservation area. Surrounded by countryside. A pub within walking distance. A mile from Albrighton which has a choice of restaurants and pubs and a railway station. Quiet country lanes for walking and cycling Ample parking for 2/3 large cars right by the entrance.
