A unique two-bedroom home is over two floors with exceptional views across Folkestone Harbour, along the coast to Dover and over the channel to France that many hours can be spent just watching all the activity along the waterfront & out to sea. A great base to explore the lovely coastline & harbour. Excellent walks & beaches for the daytime and some great restaurants and pubs for the evenings. Treat yourself to a meal at Rocksalt, a very popular restaurant directly opposite the apartment.

In less than 5 minutes walk from the front door you will find:- Folkestone’s Sunny Sands; the Pier with restaurants, bars and markets; crazy golf; the Old High Street with Restaurants and shops; outdoor cinema; many great local character pubs and much more. For walkers/cyclists you can go directly from the front door all the way along the coastline to Sandgate and beyond in one direction and along the coast walk to the Warren and Dover in the other. Buses run locally from the main road 100yds from the property from where you can travel into the Town Centre bus station and Central Train Station.
