After confirmation, an online check-in form will be sent via link and must be completed in order to access your apartment. Once completed you will receive your check-in details 2 days prior to arrival. A damage pre-authorization hold of 200 local currency is required. This will be collected by credit card during your online check-in and will be released within 7 business days of check-out in full, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note we operate multiple units in this location and the layout of your allocated space may vary from these photos. Update: Nine Elms Estate Works Roadworks will now continue for 18 months, expected to finish by January 2027. The Energi Centre works will last around 7 more weeks, ending by mid-September 2025. Disruptions may include noise and traffic, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Thank you for your patience during these essential improvements.

We welcome pets for an additional fee. The maximum number of pets in each apartment is two: the dogs collective weight cannot exceed 45kg.
