Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located apartment close to the town centre and the award winning beaches. The apartment boasts a secure gated entrance with modern fixtures and quirky bedroom. With super fast WiFi, living room with smart TV, modern kitchen and bathroom there is plenty of room to relax and unwind. The town centre with the bustling pubs and restaurants is only a short walk away with Bournemouth beach on your doorstep as an added bonus! The apartment has a large comfy double bed with hotel quality linen and towels on arrival. A modern bathroom and kitchen is available with all the essential amenities. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven / hob and a welcome pack of teas and coffees on arrival. A wall mounted Smart TV is provided with all the latest apps and live TV. The apartment is located in a secure gated complex with key code access which we provide on check in. The best option for parking are multi storey car park options at both Glen Fern Road (Short Stay - BH1 2LZ) and Madeira road (Long Stay - BH1 1QQ) which is only a few minutes walk away. There are two hour paid parking slots available next to the property on Wootton Gardens and on Old Christchurch Road.
