Welcome to our newly renovated Victorian ground floor seaside apartment in West Kirby, Wirral. 8 mins flat walk to direct train link to Liverpool (30 minutes) and Chester, only 18 miles away, travel by train or bus. Enjoy a south facing patio garden, ideal for morning coffee. A stone's throw from the promenade, beach and West Kirby marine lake which has it's own sailing school. See the fabulous sunsets over Hilbre Island and enjoy the historic charm and modern comfort in this coastal getaway.
Recently retired, I am delighted to be able to host my recently renovated seaside apartment in the fabulous West Kirby. Having lived in the area for a very long time, it is a privilege to be able to share this special location, so close to the sea and lake with all it's watersports. A mobile number will be available for guests and we will make ourselves available within all reasonable hours.
Having hosted for a year now, the comments made by our guests and the facilities most enjoyed are particularly the location, with the seaside and lake on the doorstep, and to watch our amazing sunsets. They have also commented on how quiet the location is. Guests have also enjoyed local walks to Hilbre Island, Red Rocks in Hoylake, walking round the lake wall and the easy access by Merseyrail to Liverpool (direct 30 minutes) and Chester (1 change of train, about 50 minutes). They have also been impressed with the direct bus services to different areas of Wirral and straight into Liverpool on the 437. They have also enjoyed visiting the many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs on offer in West Kirby.
