Property information

This stone floored traditional barn is a 15 minute drive to Worcester City Centre and a 10 minute drive from junction 6 on M5. The single level bungalow cottage has 3 bedrooms, all with featured beams and only one of them has carpet, all the floors are stone. Stunning views over the countryside with a fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom with bath tub, separate walk in shower and heated towel rail. The private patio at the rear of the cottage is yours to enjoy however there are neighbours so ask you keep quite times as listed and no parties or gatherings permitted. Free parking for 3 vehicles outside the barn and the front garden has outside dining space with grass area and public footpath runs along the driveway. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with wall mounted TV so you can chat, cook, chill out and all stay connected or retreat to your rooms to relax, there's space for all. To note the cottage is on a mixed use site that has residents next door, at the front entrance of Bow Wood Lane of the site are business units so please take care when using Bow Wood Lane, also the public footpath runs along the driveway so take care of pedestrians also. Most recently Snodsbury Court Camping has opened during summer season on the fields in front of the cottage so during those times you may see camper vans/tents on the fields.

Neighbourhood information

Upton Snodsbury is a village just outside Worcester City Centre, a 15 minute drive, that's on the main A422 towards Stratford Upon Avon. There is a cafe/restaurant across the road if you want to grab breakfast or evening meal. There is a public footpath that runs through the site, down the driveway and towards the brook that leads to neighbouring villages, there are circular walks so bring some good walking shoes if you want to explore.
