A perfect place to relax and unwind, with views of the river estuary. It is situated within a short walking distance of two village pubs both being very popular. with excellent food ratings. The nearest village is Starcross, which has a railway station and general store. The holiday town of Dawlish is 4 miles away, The local bus service from Exeter to Newton Abbot stops five minute walk away.
You have easy access to coastal /estuary walks where you can take in the beautiful scenery/ wildlife
Small harbour village within a hamlet.
Secure on site parking, good local bus and train services and a small ferry across to Exmouth.
