Property information

VIP Church Street is a modern apartment located close to the town centre of Portadown. The apartment is warm and welcoming with a good interior. The furniture is stylish and the apartment is well equipped. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals or there are plates etc if you fancy a take out. There are laundry facilities and an outdoor decking area, perfect for chilling out with a cup of coffee. Speaking of which, there is a Nespresso machine provided. Upon entering the apartment there is a living area equipped with a smart tv, an electric fire, comfy seats, a sofa bed, stylish pictures, including a local artist's oil painting of Lurgan Park, making the living area very relaxing. There is also a board game and a puzzle perfect for having a cosy night in. The kitchen is brand new and features a new oven/hob and all new appliances and utensils. Off the kitchen is a laundry space with a machine, airer, iron and board. The bedroom features striking artwork and has a feature King size bed with 100% cotton bedding. There is a work area perfect for business and a modern shower room complete with soft, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
