It is made up of 1 downstairs bedroom with 4 king sized beds and 1 upstairs open plan living/bedroom area with 5 king sized beds, a double sofa bed, TV and lounge area, pool table and dressing tables. Attached, there is a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and bar seating area. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with showers and 1 bath. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT TO BE USED AS A SPACE FOR PARTIES/EVENTS. ONLY STAYING GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT.

I am available at all times so please feel free to drop me a message if you have any enquiries or queries. I will be in touch nearer the time of check in with details of the place and a walk through check in video for you to view of how to get into the apartment.
The apartment comes with 2/3 free parking spaces (3 small cars can fit)- in a secure carpark- for guests to use, setting it aside from other city centre apartments. The parking is right outside of the apartment meaning travelling to and from your car will not be an issue. If not travelling by car, it is a 10 minute walk away from LimeStreet train station, the main station in Liverpool city. The apartment is a 30 minute drive from Liverpool John Lennon airport- the airport from which most Ireland flights fly to. When it comes to getting around, the listing is less than a 10 minute walk away from the main shopping/dining area of Liverpool. It is a great location for walking to Liverpool One, Matthew Street (home to the Cavern Club), Concert Square (the main nightclub area), and many more attractions. Anfield football stadium is a 12 minute taxi ride away, making 'HG11' an ideal location for travelling football fans.
