The front door of this detached holiday cottage takes you into a porch where you can leave outdoor gear, then to the hall with access to the kitchen, bathroom and large living area. The twin bedroom is at the far side of the kitchen and stairs rise from the dining area to a unique galleried bedroom. Wassicks Cottage is surrounded by enchanting gardens and is a peaceful retreat for family and friends, from where they can enjoy so many sights and activities that Suffolk and neighbouring Cambridgeshire have to offer. There is parking for two cars on the main drive (shared with the owners). Note: Dogs are welcome downstairs at the cottage and must be kept on a lead at all times in the gardens. Note: There is a fenced field in the grounds where dogs can run at liberty off lead.

The quaint village of Haughley is nestled in the sought-after English county of Suffolk, a stone's throw away from the vibrant market town of Stowmarket. Steeped in history, the village was named in the Domesday Book, and was once home to neolithic, pagan, Iron Age, Roman and Saxon settlements.
